Welcome to Smitty’s Place—our 2-bedroom, 1 bath apartment on a quiet, wooded acre near North Central San Antonio. Built in 2021, this pet-friendly apartment offers garage parking and access to a large backyard with plenty of shade. Hundreds of live oaks along Lorence Creek provide shade for those weekend jogs through the neighborhood. Although just 5 minutes from the local grocery store and a quick Uber ride from the airport and downtown, Smitty’s Place feels like a country retreat after a long day (or week) of work. Enjoy!
